What will you be doing?

• Follow traditional house recipes for cakes and desserts
• Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

What are we looking for?

• Must have at least one year of proven experience as Pastry Chef or baker
• Open availability for mornings, afternoons and weekends
• Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
• Have organizational skills and be proactive in having the right tools and efficient ingredients on hand
