Laundry Attendant – Full-Time, Year-Round

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an outgoing, results driven individual with a passion for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. The ideal candidate for this position has proven job reliability and exceptional attention to detail.

Job duties for Laundry Attendant include, but are not limited to:

• Move empty and loaded carts within the work area to maximize efficiency

• Operate computer system accurately and efficiently

• Sort laundry in to the appropriate areas on the collector and from bins/carts

• Continuously monitor the flow of systems to prevents delays

• Inspect clean linen and place stained linen in appropriate bin; manually fold clean and unstained linen or feed in to ironer or folder

• Place folder and inspected linen within carts in an organized manner

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and facility

• Follow safety standard requirements

• Report any equipment malfunction to supervisor or manager immediately

• Assist associates in other areas of production, as needed
• Other duties, as assigned, by a supervisor or manager

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays.
