What you will be doing:
Our Guest Services Interns play a pivotal role as service ambassadors, dedicated to upholding Service Excellence in every interaction with our valued guests. They actively engage in a dynamic rotation through a range of guest services positions, including the front desk, night auditor, bellperson, and PBX operator. Interns take on the responsibility of not just meeting, but exceeding customer expectations, consistently delivering world-class guest service. During their internship, participants will have the opportunity to shadow our managers, gaining insights into the different facets of guest services management.
