Responsibilities of the Revenue Analyst include, but are not limited to:

Manage all Revenue processes and complies with policies and procedures in the absence of the Revenue Manager
Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance
Maintain open communication for all properties across all OTA’s in the event a Revenue Manager is not available to make a decision
Leads daily/weekly/monthly property staff meetings to address any issues, new ideas, changes with rates, distribution, and restrictions in the Revenue Managers absence
Assists in managing all online web bookings and ensure they are all in the system and properly handled and processed
Creates and provides Group Pricing Quotes at the Revenue Manager’s request
Participates in the annual budget and business plan process as well as P&L
Accurately forecast revenue, including occupancy and average rate in the absence of the Revenue Manager
Become expert user of property management system and apply this skill to accurately update and maintain rates and restrictions for all channels, as requested
Accurately update and maintain rates and restrictions for all channels, as requested in Agilisys
Run and provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting as requested/scheduled
Load/update rates, restrictions, and inventory in property management system as requested
Create discounts and promotions
Conduct scheduled and ad hoc availability and/or rate shops
Ensure pricing is available in property management system for any given 12-24 month period
Prepare report packets and notes for Revenue Managers as scheduled and requested
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and form
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Handle multiple projects
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

What are we looking for?

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of individuals; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain a professional image as an ambassador of the Company and demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Actively seeks learning; enhances personal, professional, and business growth through new learning and experiences.
Analyzes and assesses situations to find effective solutions; creative problem solver; engages in fixing the problem; makes decisions using data and feedback. Flexible and adaptable to change.
Skilled in prioritizing work tasks in accordance with goals and makes effective use of time in an environment with multiple deadlines and goals.
Ability to perform independently and with limited to no supervision.
Strong computer skills; proficient with MSWord, Powerpoint, and Excel.
