Sales Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct support to team members while assisting with day to day operations flow
  • Assist with multiple projects to organize processes, system clean-up and system audits
  • Weekly payroll processing and reporting
  • Provides support to the Management team in the creation of spreadsheets and presentations as required
  • Monitor daily and follow up on ticket assignments to the team to ensure quality completion
  • Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures with enrollment and team member status updates
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships within a team
  • Attend and participate in daily, weekly team or department huddles/meetings
  • Accept incoming phone calls and return phone calls, as business needs demand and when the sales department is in need
  • Research each complaint, compiling system information and creating an electronic paper file for each sales error.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of computers, internet, outlook, excel, and PowerPoint programs
  • Must be comfortable with phone work and possess a professional and delightful phone manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication skills
  • Ability to work with a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills essential to position
  • Time management
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Flexible schedule; available evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary to obtain goals or in the event needed to cover a shift
