February Events in Myrtle Beach

Although the winter months are quieter at the beach, that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of events taking place along the Grand Strand. Here are some activities to check out around Myrtle Beach during the month of February.

February 3-12: Inaugural Broadway at the Beach Restaurant Week
Location: Broadway at the Beach
With so many delicious restaurants located at Broadway at the Beach, they’ve decided to host their very own restaurant week. Various restaurants will be featuring discounts on certain menu items and special pre-fixe menus. This is the perfect opportunity to try somewhere new or get a deal at your favorite spot. February 7-8: Women’s Leadership Conference and Celebration of Inspiring Women
Location: Myrtle Beach Convention Center
This two-day conference hosts a panel of various female leaders – entrepreneurs, authors, business leaders and more. This is a conference about empowering women and is geared toward educating, building personal and professional development, giving attendees plenty of networking opportunities. February 11: Valentine’s Day Bonfire
Location: La Belle Amie Vineyard
Be sure to bring your sweetheart to cozy up by the fire as you spend the afternoon sipping Muscadine wine while listening to live music. The event runs from 12 pm to 5 pm and the cost is $5. Bring a can food donation and your admission price is only $3. This is sure to be a sweet time as you celebrate Valentine’s Day a little early!

February 25: KidzTime Festival
Location: Broadway at the Beach
Broadway at the Beach is hosting its 16th Annual KidzTime Festival. Marvel Comics’ very own Spider-Man will be making an appearance – giving kids the opportunity to meet and take pictures with him. You kids can then spend an exciting afternoon full of live entertainment, interactive activities, demonstrations, and various prizes and giveaways. The event is from 11 am to 4 pm and admission is free.

February 26: Surfrider Oyster Roast & Bloody Mary Competition
Location: On the Half Shell
Get ready for a taste-filled afternoon in Murrells Inlet full of shuckin’ oysters and sippin’ on Bloody Mary’s for a good cause (proceeds go to protecting the ocean). There will be live music, vendors, and plenty of steamed oysters at this 4th Annual event. Be sure to pack your appetite!
