Event: 31st Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival
Date: March 16th
Location: Main Street – North Myrtle Beach
Head over to Main Street in North Myrtle Beach for the 31st Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival. There will be a parade at 9 am with plenty of leprechauns, gold coins and candy for the kids. Afterwards the festival will run from 11am to 4pm for an afternoon filled with green beer, 3 stages of live music, 150 vendors featuring everything from crafts to treats and a children’s area with rides. There’s even a Shepard’s Pie eating contest at the Flynn’s Irish Tavern Stage. Plus if you feel like dressing up, there’s a Leprechaun Contest where participants will be judged on originality, appearance, enthusiasm, and energy. Admission is free so grab the family and get ready for some fun!

Event: Irish Fest in Grand Park
Date: March 16th & 17th
Location: Market Common
There will be plenty of green taking over the Market Common during the Irish Fest in Grand Park! Taking place over two days, the festival will be held March 16th from 11am to 7pm and on March 17th from 12pm to 6pm. You can expect to find delicious food, craft beer, live music family entertainment onstage, a kids’ zone, plenty of vendors and more! For those beer lovers in the group, there will be plenty of Irish beer – from pale ales to stouts. Admission is free and it’s sure to be two days of excitement for all ages!

Event: Shamrock Rock n’ Roll 5 K at
Date: March 15th
Location: Broadway at the Beach
Before you indulge in green beer and Irish cuisine, head to Broadway at the Beach for the Shamrock Rock n’ Roll 5k. The race is for all ages and is $25 per runner. Grab your gear at Dave & Buster’s and the race starts at 6 pm. All runners receive a free t-shirt and are encouraged to stick around after completing the run for an awards ceremony, live music, cold beer and raffle prizes! Grab your green running shoes and follow the rainbow in a fun run through the streets around Broadway at the Beach!

Event: St. Paddy’s Day Blvd Bash
Date: March 16
Location: Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place
The City of Myrtle Beach is bringing green beer and good times back to Myrtle Beach Ocean Boulevard! From 1pm to 9pm you can enjoy craft and food vendors, live music and plenty of Irish beer. They’ll be pouring local beer from New South Brewing such as New South Irish Red and New South Irish Stout as well as Highland Gaelic, Irish Pale Ale, and Breckenridge Nitro Irish Stout. Bring the whole family and make sure to where lots of green so you won’t get pinched!

Event: The Luck of the Marshwalk
Date: March 17th
Location: Murrells Inlet MarshWalk

Visit the MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet for an all day St. Patrick’s Day event. You’re encouraged to dress up in your best green gear for a chance to win $1,000 in cash! You’ll collect colored coins from each restaurant and bar along the MarshWalk for a chance to win the $1,000 grand prize. There will also be secret leprechauns wandering through the festival handing out free coins to their favorite costumed participants. You can also enjoy food and drink specials, as well as live music from various bars and restaurants along the waterfront.
