  1. I have stayed at the Strand as a snowbird for a few very enjoyable years. First class to say the least. The staff is very personable and friendly. Marleen at reservations is without a doubt the very best at what she does, an asset to Brittain Resorts and Hotels. I have since relocated to Florida and have purchased a Time Share that I use when visiting Myrtle Beach, which is twice a year. I still stop by the Strand and visit with the staff that has been a part of my life for the past years. Adam Townsend the GM can be proud to be associated with a great staff he has at The Breakers. After all it is the people around you that make you what you are! Thank you for the enjoyable years I had with your resort.
