There are three different events that take place throughout the day and reservations for each event are required. The New Year’s Eve Sightseeing Cruise runs from 2-3:30 p.m and is $21/person. You can enjoy the narration and music by Steve Calfee and learn more about the area. If you’re looking for a great meal before heading out on the town, there will be a New Year’s Eve Dinner Cruise. The dinner cruise will include a buffet with plenty of food for everyone plus music by Johnny Cobb. Sailing takes place from 6-8 p.m., and it is $49/person. Last, there will be a New Year’s Eve dance and dessert cruise for ages 21 and up. The party kicks off at 10:30 p.m. and is $58/person.
New Year’s Even Garden by Candlelight Pre-Party
Are you looking for something fun and romantic to do before you hit the town for the night? Brookgreen Gardens will hold a special event from 6-9p.m. on New Year’s Eve. Take a walk around the gardens and enjoy the spectacular lit up candles and seasonal lights while listening to music. Space is limited for this event, and advanced tickets are required. It is $20 for non-members of Brookgreen Gardens and $15 for members. There will be light refreshments available while walking around the gardens.
Southern Times Square at The Market Common
The Market Common is a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors and company of family and friends this New Year’s Eve. You can catch two live bands plus two beer gardens to get the celebration started. The best part is there will be a live feed from New York City’s Time Square with a fireworks show to follow. Admission is free to this event with the party beginning at 7 p.m. It’s sure to be a great time!
House of Blues New Year’s Eve Dinner and Dance
The House of Blues is a hot spot to bring in the New Year. The evening will be filled with a delicious dinner and tons of dancing.
