Finance Leadership

Glenn Holman has been appointed Senior Director of Accounting and Finance, overseeing financial operations across Brittain Resorts & Hotels’ expanding portfolio. With more than 30 years of hospitality finance experience, including senior roles at Wyndham International, Performance Hospitality and FirstManagement Partners, Holman has led complex brand transitions, pre-openings and property conversions. He is recognized for aligning financial strategy with company growth, ensuring operational efficiency and investor confidence.

Human Resources and Culture

Stephanie Shaw joins as Vice President of Team Member Services, where she will lead human resources strategy with a focus on culture, engagement and team member development. Shaw brings more than two decades of leadership experience, including senior roles with Aimbridge Hospitality, Hilton, AT&T and several high-growth startups. Her expertise in building scalable HR programs will strengthen Brittain Resorts & Hotels’ ability to attract, retain and develop top talent across all properties.

Culinary Innovation

Brian Hayes has been named Corporate Executive Chef, bringing more than 20 years of culinary leadership across fine dining, private clubs, Michelin-starred kitchens, and large-scale catering operations. Most recently serving as executive chef at Fire to Table and previously at the DeBordieu Club in Georgetown, South Carolina, Hayes is known for blending operational excellence with culinary creativity, driving both guest satisfaction and revenue growth. His vision will further elevate the company’s food and beverage programs across its diverse portfolio.
