Our fully integrated process includes a daily verification of deposits, the handling of all banking transfers, utilization of treasury services to help prevent fraud on property bank accounts, a centralized AP and AR, monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, and production of monthly profit and loss statements with variance reports and reviews ensure accurate and industry benchmarked financial results.
In addition, we work with external tax accountants to complete any year end work needed to finalize the tax return each year. We also handle all monthly sales and accommodation taxes, annual business licenses, and 1099’s.
