Stephanie Shaw Joins Brittain Resorts & Hotels
as Vice President of Team Member Services
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (August 18, 2025) – Brittain Resorts & Hotels has announced the appointment of Stephanie Shaw as vice president of team member services. In this role, Shaw will lead the company’s human resources function with a focus on championing culture, driving engagement, and supporting team members across all properties.
Shaw brings more than two decades of experience to the position, including senior leadership roles with Aimbridge Hospitality, Hilton, AT&T, and several high-growth startups. Most recently, she served as vice president of human resources for Aimbridge’s Full-Service Division, overseeing team member engagement for more than 50,000 associates at 173 hotels.

Shaw is a Six Sigma-certified change management expert with deep experience in onboarding, training, and organizational development. She holds an MBA from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
