We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vacation Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies on vacation rental portals such as VRBO and Airbnb. The Task Force Director of Homeowner Services supports the overall Homeowner Relations Program and is available and responsible for building and maintaining trusting relationships with the homeowners throughout the Brittain Resorts & Hotels portfolio. They provide exceptional service, acting on behalf of the owners' best interests whenever possible, and serve as a liaison between the homeowners and the property management team to resolve issues and complete projects to maintain the units. The Task Force Director of Homeowner Services may be assigned to one location or may support the needs of other Directors of Homeowner Services at multiple locations based on business needs.

The Task Force Accountant assists all levels of Brittain Resorts & Hotels accounting on an as-needed basis.
