The Task Force Director of Homeowner Services supports the overall Homeowner Relations Program and is available and responsible for building and maintaining trusting relationships with the homeowners throughout the Brittain Resorts & Hotels portfolio. They provide exceptional service, acting on behalf of the owners' best interests whenever possible, and serve as a liaison between the homeowners and the property management team to resolve issues and complete projects to maintain the units. The Task Force Director of Homeowner Services may be assigned to one location or may support the needs of other Directors of Homeowner Services at multiple locations based on business needs.

The Task Force Accountant assists all levels of Brittain Resorts & Hotels accounting on an as-needed basis. As such, knowledge of all accounting functions and associated systems at the properties and the corporate level are essential. The Task Force Accountant is responsible for being a knowledgeable and capable substitute for temporary vacancies in the positions of staff accounting, accounting clerk, property accountant, and homeowner services representative, as well as provide training to any of the above as directed.

Baristas are responsible for greeting guests, entering and processing transactions using a POS system, handcrafting beverages & pastries, and ultimately creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

As a Server, you will be responsible for accurately serving customers their food and beverage orders in a quick and courteous manner, processing cash and card transactions, assigned side work, and ultimately ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

The Parking Attendant provides excellent service to our guests while maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our parking lot. 

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing repair, preventative, and emergency maintenance services including painting, plumbing, electrical, furniture and fixture repair, and refrigeration. They play a vital role in maintaining a safe environment for both our guests and team members. Maintenance duties cover both the interior and exterior of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and grounds.

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will patrol the property, respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, deliver excellent customer service, monitor cameras, create incident reports, and perform other duties to contribute to safety and guest satisfaction.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, ensuring menu items meet presentation and quality standards, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, monitoring ingredient quality, and managing stock levels efficiently, among other duties.

As the Lead Bartender, you will craft and serve exceptional cocktails, along with a curated selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while delivering outstanding service to our guests. You’ll ensure a clean, well-organized workspace and play a key role in supporting banquets and special events, along with other bartending responsibilities.

As a Houseperson, you'll engage with guests daily, delivering top-notch care through prompt, courteous service. Your role extends to maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, supporting fellow housekeeping team members, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

The Homeowner Services Coordinator engages with homeowners to deliver exceptional personalized support. They collaborate with the Director of Homeowner Services to address complaints, onboard new owners, attract business, and ensure the success of the rental program. They play a pivotal role in evaluating arrivals, coordinating maintenance, managing orders, and assisting in financial procedures for a seamless homeowner experience.

Guest Services Supervisors play a key role in overseeing the Guest Services department, supporting department heads, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to our guests. Responsibilities encompass team training, stepping in as the manager on duty when required, executing guest service agent duties, and crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests.

As an Evening Manager, you will be responsible for all front desk, loss prevention, bell services, and PBX operations during the evening hours to ensure unmatched Service Excellence for our guests.

The Director of Housekeeping oversees and ensures cleanliness of the property in accordance with the Department of Health, hotel and company standards. Responsible for planning, organization, and development of the housekeeping department. Follows all policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve all standards of operation. Ensures the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times, through prompt and courteous service. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing hourly team members.

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for planning and overseeing all food & beverage outlet operations to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

The Director of Accounting & Finance reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health through managing the corporate accounting team, completing regulatory and financial reporting, assisting with budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
