What will you be doing?

Bell Staff are responsible for greeting all guests and visitors upon their arrival. They are accountable for showing guests to and from their rooms, familiarizing them with the property’s amenities, and providing them with directions and local attraction information.

Bell Staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greets guests in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Offers to carry luggage to and from guest rooms
  • Assists with crowd control during peak times, such as check-in and check-out
  • Assists guests with moving rooms when necessary
  • Escorts potential guests to rooms for viewing purposes and shows the property
  • Directs traffic in the parking lot area and keeps the traffic lanes open
  • Opens doors and assists guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Cleans and maintains the upkeep of the bell carts
  • Provide guests with information about hotel policies, amenities, and services
  • Assists the pool attendants with keeping the pool decks clean and organized
  • Assists the grounds department with cleanliness of the property while walking the grounds
  • Assists the front desk by answering phone calls and providing service to guests at the front desk
  • Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • Weekend availability
  • The ability to work varied shifts between the hours of 9am – 10pm
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Familiarity with the local area and attractions preferred
  • Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
  • Responsibility, reliability, and honesty
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors
