What will you be doing?

The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Director of Food & Beverage with overseeing and training back-of-house staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and other related duties.

Kitchen Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the training and management of back-of-house staff; act as manager-on-duty as needed
  • Ensure staff follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency and quality
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, including proper storage of food and ingredients
  • Check and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points
  • Execute opening, mid-shift, or closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the kitchen for the next shift
  • Supervise and support hourly staff members, providing guidance and assistance as needed
  • Address guest questions and concerns
  • Continuously check ingredient quality and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages
  • Monitor kitchen operations to uphold quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with executing banquet services
  • Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen
  • Prior BOH supervisory experience preferred
  • Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members

  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors
