Salad Station responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare salads, cold appetizers, and desserts according to recipes
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock and stock product when there are shortages
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant’s spaces, including kitchen, prep areas, dining areas, and restrooms as needed
• Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Prior kitchen work experience
• Weekend availability
• ServSafe Certified is a plus, but not required
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for long periods of time
• Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
