What will you be doing?

As a Snack Shop Attendant, you will provide excellent customer service to our guests, record orders and process cash and card transactions through the POS system, prepare and serve drinks and smoothies, serve menu items, keep the service area clean and organized, and perform other related duties.

Snack Shop Attendant responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Greet guests politely and enthusiastically and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve smoothies, drinks, snack items, and other refreshments
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Accurately record and process cash and card transactions
• Stocking, cleaning, and other
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the service area
• Change trash receptacles and take trash to designated area
• Other duties as assigned

• Weekend availability and the ability to work 11am-7pm shifts
• Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for long periods of time
• Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
